The FAR Network was created in 2006, at the initiative of a group of agricultural and rural training professionals from different African countries, to foster socio-professional integration in rural areas.
The FAR Network is open to all countries or people concerned by and seeking information on these issues.
The Network thus provides support to member countries to help them renew the Agricultural Technical Vocational Education and Training (ATVET) sector. The aim is to develop quality training solutions that will match the needs of practitioners in the field.

multiactor networks (public or private training centres, farmers’ organizations, etc.).
